Mr. Avy Stein
Avy Stein is currently
a Managing Partner of Willis Stein & Partners, which he co-founded with
John Willis in 1995. Along with Mr. Willis, Mr. Stein is responsible for
managing the affairs of an $840 million private equity fund, along with
fundraising, initiating investment opportunities, structuring acquisitions,
advising portfolio management teams and arranging for the disposition of
partnership investments in the areas of media, health care, manufacturing,
financial and consumer services and telecommunications. Mr. Stein serves on
the Board of Directors for a number of the firm's acquisitions including
CTN Media Group, Inc., Interval Acquisition Corporation, Neoplan USA
Corporation, Racing Champions Corporation and One, Inc. Stein graduated Harvard Law School in 1980 with a J.D., and
received a B.S. in Accountancy from University of Illinois in 1977. He is a certified
public accountant.
Mr. David Moscow
Mr. Moscow is currently
Vice Chairman of Hudson News Group, a magazine distribution company, with
both retail and international circulation. Moscow was also Chairman of the Board
for the East Texas Distribution Company, a Texas-based magazine
distribution firm from 1981 to 1991, and was President and CEO of Chas Levy
Circulating Company, a large magazine circulation company, from 1977 to
1991. Mr. Moscow's extensive circulation experience includes magazines,
books, videotapes, retail, and trucking. Mr. Moscow has a B.A. in
Literature, Science and Arts from the University of Michigan, a Masters in Education from Wayne State University, and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
